Downloading and Installing BackTester

DeltaNeutral BackTester is built on Microsoft's .NET Framework. We also use Microsoft's ClickOnce method of installation. Using ClickOnce simplifies the installation and update process. When you install BackTester, ClickOnce will make sure that any required software is installed.  And every time you run BackTester, ClickOnce will automatically check for a newer version of BackTester and will prompt you to update when one is available.

If you have trouble using this installation method, please make sure that you are using Internet Explorer browser to install the software. If this still does not allow you to install, then please contact support for an alternate installation method.
